Ke Meiyun, M.D, Professor of Medicine, Graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1968. As postgraduate student, used to trained in Department of Gastroenterology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), Chinese Academy of Medical Science (CAMS), China, 1978-1981. As visiting scholar, she used to study on gastrointestinal motility in Yale University in 1883-1984, then on colon motility in Helosaky Medical College, Japan in 1987, on gut motility and experimental gut motility in UCLA and Mayo Clinic in 1989, on gastroduodenal motility and clinical trial in Utrect, the Netherland in 1992.

Prof. Ke used to serve as Chairman, Dept of Gastroenterology, PUMCH, 2000-2005; Chairman, Chinese Motility Group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Chinese Society of Medicine, China, 2000-2007. She served as Rome III committee member.

Now Prof. Ke is director of Functional GI disorders (FGID) and Disorders of GI Motility (DGIM) Clinical Research Center, PUMCH, CAMS, China, a Council of ANMA (Asia Neurogastroenterology and Motility Association). She also serves as Associate Editor of Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility, Asia, Editorial committee member, Chinese Journal of Digestion, and so on. Her major research is to focus on FGID and DGIM, part research involved psychological field.
